The Baha’i Faith, founded in 19th-century Persia, teaches the unity of God, humanity, and religion. It emphasizes justice, equality, and the oneness of all people, regardless of race, gender, or background. Despite enduring historic persecution, Baha’is worldwide continue to work toward a peaceful, united global society. Guided by spiritual principles, they welcome all to join in building a just and inclusive world.

The San Jose Baha’i Center serves as a vital hub for a diverse and active Baha’i community, emphasizing spiritual growth, community service, and interfaith collaboration.

I had the privilege of meeting several board members and devoted followers of the Baha’i Faith during the recent Feast celebration.

It was a warm and welcoming environment that offered meaningful insights into their spiritual practices, personal journeys, the center’s role, and their vision for the future.

The San Jose Baha’i Center thrives as a community hub, deeply committed to service, unity, and interfaith collaboration. Members are drawn to the Baha’i Faith through personal spiritual quests or by birth, all embracing independent investigation of truth and the concept of progressive revelation that unifies religions.

 

The center’s future focuses on decentralized, organic growth within neighborhoods, empowering individuals to foster a more unified and just society.
